Arun Mehndi Art & Classes ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or register for the Mehndi Magic Workshop.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, city and course interest. We save your name and mobile number as soon as you type them in the booking form, so our team can help you finish booking if payment does not go through.
  • Payment reference IDs from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • How you reached us: campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the Facebook click ID (fbclid) if present in the link.
  • Ads measurement: we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure visits, checkout starts, sign-ups and purchases from our Facebook/Instagram ads, and store Meta browser/click IDs (_fbp, _fbc) with your registration. Only if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice do we share your email and phone with Meta in hashed (SHA-256) form for ad matching. Visitors in regions that require consent are not tracked until they accept. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

How we use it

  • To confirm your seat and send workshop updates and reminders on WhatsApp or by phone.
  • To follow up if you started but did not finish booking.
  • To issue your e-certificate and tell you about our courses.
  • To measure our advertising using the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google Analytics, which may set cookies and share page visits and booking events with Meta and Google.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Advertising measurement data is shared with Meta and Google as described above. Only our team can see your registration details.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop messages, or to see or delete your details, anytime by messaging 9930315736. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
